Oekom Novo Nordisk was given the highest corporate socially responsibility rating among the world's largest pharmaceutical companies by Oekom Research in Germany. Nordic Sustainability Index Novo Nordisk is one of the 40 components in the Nordic Sustainability Index, which was launched in May 2003. The index represents the largest screening of Nordic companies with regard to sustainability and corporate governance.
Folksam Climate Index In April 2003, Novo Nordisk was given four out of five stars in the Folksam Climate Index . The Index is an annual investigation of companies' climate impact, conducted by the Swedich insurance company Folksam.
